This policy explains what personal data is collected through this website, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data is collected

Only what you send through the request form:

• your name and email address;
• your Instagram handle or phone number, if you add one;
• the description of your idea, the placement and size;
• reference images you choose to attach.

Please do not include health information or images showing your face or other people unless it is needed for the design.

Why and on what basis

The data is used only to answer your request, discuss the design and book a session. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given with the checkbox in the form, and steps taken at your request before an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)). The data is never sold, used for advertising or added to a mailing list.

Where the data goes

When you send the form, your request is delivered to the artist through these services, which process it on her behalf:

• Cloudflare – website hosting and form processing (Cloudflare, Inc.);
• Telegram – instant notification to the artist (Telegram Messenger Inc.);
• Resend – email copy of the request (Resend, Inc.).

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU. Such transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

How long it is kept

Requests are kept as long as needed to plan and carry out your tattoo, and deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact, unless the law requires keeping them longer (for example, accounting records).

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics. It only stores a small note in your browser for the current visit, so the welcome screen is not shown twice. Fonts are served from this website itself, not from third parties.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see the data about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing done before. Write to the email address above or on Instagram.

If you think your data is handled wrongly, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland: tietosuoja.fi.
